We are a small business, still finding our way on the web, so for ease and security, we prefer to take payment by direct deposit into our bank account, money order or cheque. We do not have credit card facilities. Overseas orders can be made using International Direct Funds Transfer or Wire Transfer.  

With regards to delivery cost - depending on size & weight of item/s, delivery charges vary from a minimum of $6.00 for small items to an average of $30.00 (maximum of $50.00) for a full set of tools anywhere in Australia or approx $180 anywhere in the world.

Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email specifying the delivery amount, our bank account and/or address details and a transaction reference number to include with your payment.

Orders are then dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We use FASTWAYS couriers in Australia and DHL internationally.

When nominating a delivery address, please keep in mind that someone will need to sign for the parcel - so don’t nominate your home address if no one is around during business hours. Within Australia, just about all orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. Overseas and remote orders may take a little longer (7 to 10 working days).
